Elders Club...

The Elders Club run by the London Tamil Sangam is one of the most popular activities. We provide these activities for the elders to socialise and to enjoy their time at the centre.

கடந்த 12 ஆண்டுகளாக முதியோர் மதிய உணவுத் திட்டத்தின் மூலம் 40 முதியோர் பயணடைந்து வருகின்றனர். இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் முதியோர்க்கான அரசு சலுகை, ஆலோசனை மற்றும் சமுதாய உறவறிதல் மூலமும் மிகுந்த நன்மை அடைந்து உள்ளனர். முதியோர் மதிய உணவு திட்டத்தில் சேரவிரும்புவோர் தயவு செய்து உங்கள் விண்ணப்பத்தை தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்திற்கு அனுப்பவும்.

This activity takes place every saturday between 12:00 till 1:00pm for people aged 55 and over. There is a charge of £1.50 per week. Please ask for an application at our office to join the club.

Key Features...

The Club provides an excellent opportunity for the elders to meet, socialise and discuss politics, current affairs and seminars.
After the meeting, a delicious lunch is provided for them.
Our Sangam is the first to introduce such scheme for the Tamil community in this area.
Currently, there are 35 elders who are benefiting from this scheme.
Some of the Luncheon club activities include Tamil lectures, health lectures, exercise classes, joke club, debates, movie club, reading club etc.
We also take the elders on a one-day tour every year.

Well, look no further. Our Sangam hall is available for hire for birthday parties, cultural events, family functions, official meetings, education, tuition, daily classes, etc. Please contact our Sangam on 020 8471 7672 or email us.
